1. GENERAL INFORMATION
From May 25, 2018, a new regulation for the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation), adopted by the European Union, enters into force. The regulation aims to ensure the protection of the data of natural persons from all EU member states and to unify the regulations for their processing.

Viktoria Ivanova Palabuykova-Tomova meets all the requirements of the new regulation, collecting only the data of individuals to the extent that it is necessary for the provision of the service, and keeps it responsibly and lawfully.
Victoria Ivanova Palabuykova-Tomova carries out its activities in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

4. DEFINITION OF PERSONAL DATA
According to the new regulation “personal data“ are any information relating to an identified natural person or an identifiable natural person (“data subject“); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or by one or more characteristics specific to the physical, the physiological, genetic, psychic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
